Stewart Peery graduated from Country Day in 1998 and matriculated to Middlebury College in Vermont, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2002 with High Honors in Biology and a minor in Music. His thesis work examined the coexistence of Peromyscus mice in a swamp system. After Middlebury, Mr. Peery spent two years teaching and developing both curriculum and professional workshops at Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center in Ohio. He was new to the science faculty in 2004 and is very excited to return to Country Day.
